Cookie Policy
Effective: July 19, 2026. Company: RESOGRA LLC, Wyoming, USA.
1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They allow the site to recognise your device between visits and remember your preferences.
2. Essential cookies (always active)
These cookies are necessary for the platform to work. You cannot disable them without breaking the site.
| Name | Duration | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| laravel_session | 120 minutes | Keeps you logged in while you browse the site. |
| XSRF-TOKEN | 120 minutes | Protects forms against cross-site request forgery attacks. |
| resoizi_locale | 1 year | Remembers your language preference (EN, FR or ES). |
| resoizi_consent | 1 year | Records your analytics cookie choice (accept or decline) so we don't show the banner again. |
3. Audience measurement
We currently use no analytics tool and no analytics cookies. We do not follow you from page to page, and we send nothing to Google Analytics, Meta or anything equivalent.
If we ever install one, we will tell you and ask for your agreement at that point, naming the tool. An agreement given today could not cover a tool that does not exist yet.
4. Third-party cookies
Some platform features load resources from third parties that may set their own cookies:
- Stripe.js (card payment, only if we ever reopen payment on Resoizi; today it is not loaded): Stripe sets cookies to prevent fraud and remember your payment method. See Stripe's privacy policy.
We do not load advertising pixels from social networks or other third-party marketing trackers.
5. How to manage cookies
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers let you:
- View cookies set and delete them one by one.
- Block third-party cookies.
- Block all cookies (note: this will stop Resoizi from working properly).
6. Contact
For any questions about our use of cookies: [email protected].
7. Languages
This policy is published in English, French and Spanish. All three describe the same practices and you can rely on the one you are reading. If you find a difference between them, write to us at [email protected] and we will correct it. The English version is the reference version for interpretation, and that does not limit any of your rights.
