Terms of Service
Last updated and effective: October 24, 2026. Company: RESOGRA LLC, Wyoming, USA.
1. The platform
Resoizi (also called ResoEase) is a shipping directory and meeting place: you can compare international carriers, find freight forwarders, request local deliveries, and track your packages. We connect shippers with carriers and riders. We are not ourselves a carrier, we are not a party to the shipping contract, and no money passes through us (see section 5).
2. Eligibility
To use Resoizi you must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract in your country of residence. By creating an account you confirm that you meet these requirements.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all actions taken under your login. Report any unauthorized access immediately to [email protected]. Do not use another person's account without their permission.
4. How the platform works
For customers: you request a shipment or delivery by providing the necessary details. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you supply (addresses, weight, declared value, item description).
For carriers and forwarders: by submitting an application and receiving Resoizi's approval, you agree to fulfill the shipments you accept, keep your rates and delivery times up to date, and treat customers professionally. You set your own prices and payment methods, and the customer pays you directly.
For local riders: by joining the network, you agree to comply with verification requirements and honor the jobs you accept. The customer pays you directly, as the two of you agree.
For delivery agencies: a business that owns motorbikes and engages riders can open an agency account. The agency is an independent business, its riders are its riders and not ours, and the customer pays the agency directly, never Resoizi. The full rules are in the Delivery Agency Agreement.
For riders attached to an agency: if you join an agency, your agency pays you. Resoizi never pays you and holds no money for you.
5. Free to use, and payments
Resoizi is free. We charge carriers, forwarders, agencies, riders and shippers nothing: no commission, no mobile money fee, no subscription. There is no end date to this.
If Resoizi ever introduces a fee (for example a paid listing or a promotion for carriers), we will announce it at least 30 days in advance, and it will apply only to those who accept it.
No money passes through Resoizi. Resoizi is a directory and a meeting place. The customer and the carrier agree the price and the payment method between themselves, and the customer pays the carrier directly, using the carrier's own means (for example Cash App, Zelle, PayPal, the carrier's own Stripe payment link, mobile money or cash). RESOGRA LLC does not collect, hold, escrow, refund or transmit any payment. We are not a party to the shipping contract, and we do not guarantee any shipment, any delivery, or any carrier's performance.
Protect yourself. Pay only using the payment details shown on the carrier's verified profile in Resoizi. Never pay anyone who contacts you with different details, even if they say they act for the carrier or for Resoizi. Resoizi will never ask you to pay us for a shipment.
A refund, a loss, damage or a delay is settled between you and the carrier. See our Refunds Policy and our Claims & Disputes Policy.
Purchases on the Resogra marketplace. If you buy a product on resogra.com, you still pay Resogra for that product at Resogra's checkout, under Resogra's own terms. Only shipping arranged through Resoizi is paid directly to the carrier.
6. Prohibited uses
You may not use Resoizi to:
- Ship illegal, hazardous, or regulated items without authorization, or items subject to international sanctions.
- Defraud carriers or customers.
- Create fake accounts or impersonate another person.
- Scrape or automatically extract data from the platform.
- Ask a customer to pay using details other than those on your verified profile, or pose as Resoizi to obtain money.
Any violation may result in immediate suspension or deletion of your account.
If two people give us the same ID. Everyone who applies to ride gives us the number printed on their identity document. We compare that number with the numbers already on file, and we do it for one reason only: to check that two people are not using one identity.
If the same number reaches us from two people, we pause new work for anyone already approved while we find out who the document belongs to. A pause is not an accusation and it is not a decision that you did something wrong. It is what we do when we cannot yet tell two people apart, and it is how we protect you if somebody else is using your identity.
While you are paused: you finish any delivery already in your hands and it is paid in the normal way, no new jobs are offered to you, and you keep full access to your account and your records.
We tell you on the day the pause starts, by email and on your rider screen, in your own language, and we tell you exactly what we need from you. We settle it within 10 business days of receiving what we asked for. A pause never runs past 30 days: by then we have either lifted it, or we have written to you saying why we cannot yet and what happens next.
You can write to us at any time and send us anything you want us to look at. If you disagree with what we decide, say so, and a different person from the one who decided reads the file again and answers you within 10 business days.
We do not tell you who the other person is, and we do not tell them who you are. That protects both of you until we know which of you is which.
7. Disputes
A dispute about a shipment (loss, damage, delay, price or refund) is settled between the customer and the carrier, who are the two parties to the shipping contract. Report it to us anyway, through the platform or by email. We do not decide who owes money to whom and we do not pay anything, but we read every report, we answer you within 10 business days, and we may warn, suspend or remove a carrier for fraud or abuse.
8. Limitation of liability
When a job is carried out by a delivery agency's rider, the agency answers for it. We are not the rider's employer and we do not direct their work. Our role stays that of a directory, and our Claims & Disputes Policy sets out what to do about a loss or damage.
If the law of your country does not allow certain liabilities to be excluded, this section applies only as far as that law allows, and the rest of it still stands.
Resoizi is a directory and a connection platform. We are not liable for delays, losses, damages, payments or disputes between you and a carrier, forwarder, agency or rider, or for money you pay them.
Nothing here limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law where you live does not allow us to limit.
Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profit, lost business, or any indirect or knock-on loss.
Subject to that, our total liability to you for all claims connected with the platform in any 12 month period is limited to the higher of these two amounts: the total fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or 100 USD. In plain words: because Resoizi is free today, that limit is 100 USD.
9. Governing law
Resoizi is an American platform. These terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA. You can use Resoizi from any country, but the law that applies is the same one for everybody.
The platform first. We do not yet have a legal representative in any other country. So a disagreement is settled here, through our claims process, which is free, works in your own language, and requires you to travel nowhere. That is the real route and it is the one we ask you to use first.
Then arbitration. A dispute our process does not settle goes to AAA (American Arbitration Association) arbitration in Wyoming, in the United States. Said plainly: that means an American proceeding, which is heavy and expensive to bring from abroad. You waive the right to take part in a class action. The day we have a legal representative in your country we will change this paragraph, and we will tell you 30 days beforehand.
If you live in a country where local law grants rights that cannot be excluded by contract (including EU consumer rights), those rights continue to apply.
10. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. For a substantial change, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before it takes effect. If you continue using Resoizi after the effective date, you accept the new terms.

12. Languages
This document is published in English, French and Spanish on resoizi.com, and all three versions say the same thing. If you find a difference or an omission between them, write to us at [email protected] and we will correct it. For interpretation, the English version is the reference version, except where the law of your country provides otherwise, in which case the version in your own language applies to you. This clause does not remove any right the law of your country gives you.
