Last updated and effective: October 25, 2026. Company: RESOGRA LLC, Wyoming, USA.

1. Who we are

Where your data lives. Resoizi is run by RESOGRA LLC, an American company. The servers holding your data are in Germany, in Nuremberg. Germany applies the European GDPR, one of the strictest data protection frameworks anywhere. Some of the providers we use, listed further down, are in the United States.

Resoizi is operated by RESOGRA LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA. When you use resoizi.com, your data is processed by RESOGRA LLC as the data controller.

For any questions about how we handle your data, contact us at [email protected].

2. Data we collect

We collect data you give us directly and data generated by your use of the platform:

  • Account data: name, email address, phone number, country and city.
  • Shipment data: pickup and delivery addresses, item descriptions, weight, declared value, tracking number.
  • Orders from resogra.com: when you buy on resogra.com and choose a carrier found on Resoizi, Resogra (run by the same company, RESOGRA LLC) sends us the order number, the item, its weight and size, your name, email, phone and delivery address, and the seller's shop name, contact phone and city, so we can pass the job to that carrier. We open a Resoizi account for you with the same email so you can message the carrier.
  • Payment data: Resoizi processes no shipping payment: you pay the carrier directly. We do not receive your card number or your payment credentials. We record the payment details a carrier or an agency chooses to show on its profile, so customers know where to pay.
  • Location data: for local deliveries, we collect the GPS coordinates of the pickup and drop-off points you enter. Riders share their live location during an active delivery.
  • Communication data: messages exchanged with carriers or forwarders on the platform.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, language, pages visited, cookies (see our Cookie Policy).
  • Documents held in an agency vault: if you work for a delivery agency, it can store your papers with us (ID, licence, contract) along with its vehicle papers. These files are encrypted and every time one is opened we record it.
  • Agency rider work data: jobs done, distances, hours, cash collected and handed over, and what the agency records having paid you.
  • Messages: messages in an agency's rooms and in the private lines between a rider and the office, including attached photos and files.
  • Notification history: what the platform has sent you, and whether you read it.
  • Delivery receipts: a receipt can be shared by a link, and anyone holding that link can see it. It shows the delivery address and the recipient's name.
  • Voice, on by default: some screens let you answer out loud, and for riders this is switched on from the start. You can turn it off at any time in your settings. That feature is provided by your browser, not by us: depending on the browser, the audio may be sent to its maker's servers to be turned into text. We keep no audio recording. The microphone only switches on with your permission, which you can take back at any time. Everything voice can do can also be done by tapping.
  • Landmark photo: to help a rider find an address, you can add a photo of the place (a gate, a shop, a junction). It is visible to the rider doing the job and to their agency's office. Do not photograph the inside of a home, other people, or a vehicle number plate. You can delete it at any time.
  • Your identity document and the number on it: if you apply to ride or to carry, we hold the photograph of your identity document, the selfie of you holding it, and the number printed on it. We keep that number in two forms: encrypted, so the person reviewing your file can read it, and as a one way code that cannot be turned back into the number, which is the only thing our duplicate check compares. We use it for nothing else, and we never give it to another rider, a customer or an agency.

3. How we use your data

  • Create and manage your account.
  • Match your shipments with carriers and forwarders.
  • Show customers the verified payment details of carriers.
  • Send tracking notifications by email.
  • Resolve disputes between shippers and carriers.
  • Meet our legal and accounting obligations.
  • Check that two people are not using one identity, and pause new work while we settle a case where they might be.

Why we are allowed to do this. We hold your account, shipment and payment data because it is needed to run the service you asked us for. We hold your identity document, the number on it and the duplicate check because we have a legitimate interest in knowing who is carrying other people's goods and money, and in protecting a rider whose identity somebody else is using. We hold accounting records because the law requires it. Where the law of your country asks for your agreement first, we ask for it and you can take it back. You can object to anything we do on the basis of a legitimate interest by writing to us.

4. Who we share your data with

We never sell your personal data. We share it only:

  • Carriers and forwarders: before they accept a job they see no more than the buyer's first name, the order number, the cities, and the item with its value, weight and size. Once they accept, they receive what they need to carry it: your name, phone number and delivery address, and for an order from resogra.com, the seller's shop name, contact phone and city.
  • Local riders: they receive the pickup address, drop-off address, and your contact phone number for the delivery.
  • Sending our emails: Brevo, which receives your email address, your name and the content of the message.
  • SMS: we send no SMS at all today. Everything goes by email. If we add SMS later, we will name the provider here before we start.
  • Help assistant: Groq, an artificial intelligence company based in the United States. See just below.
  • Legal authorities: when required by law, or in the case of a serious breach of our terms.
  • Delivery agencies: when a job goes to an agency, it receives the pickup address, the delivery address and your contact phone number. The agency's staff, depending on their role, can see jobs, tracking, messages and money. The agency is a separate business from ours and is responsible for what it does with that information.

The in-app help assistant. The platform has an assistant that answers "how do I..." questions. It cannot create anything, change anything or pay anything. It explains, and that is all.

When you write to it, your question is sent to Groq, an artificial intelligence company based in the United States, which writes the answer. Your name, your email address and your phone number are not sent: we tell it only your role and which language to answer in.

If you are a rider asking a question during a job, we give it the distance, the price and the vehicle type. Neither the customer's address nor the description of the parcel leaves the platform.

You never have to use the assistant. Write to us at [email protected] instead if you would rather nothing left the platform.

The United States does not give personal data the same protection that the law where you live may give it. So we keep what is sent to the strict minimum, and we never send a document, a photo or an identity paper to this service.

5. If you work for a delivery agency

A delivery agency is a business that owns motorbikes and engages riders. It uses Resoizi to run its work. What that changes for you is set out plainly here.

Who decides what. For the information we create (your account, the jobs), RESOGRA LLC decides and answers for how it is used. For the documents and notes your agency stores with us, the agency decides: it chose to collect them, it must have the right to hold them, and we only store them for it. If you want a document your agency uploaded corrected or deleted, ask your agency first. If it does not respond, write to us and we will pass it on.

The vault. Your agency can store your ID, your licence, your contract and its vehicle papers there. Files are encrypted before they are written to our servers. Every time one is opened we record who opened it and when. The agency owner and managers can open the vault. Dispatchers and finance staff cannot. You can see the files that are about you, wherever they were filed, and nothing else. When you leave the agency, your personal documents are deleted within 90 days.

Your location. While you are working, your phone sends your position and your agency's office sees it on a map. It is used to give you jobs, find a parcel and look after your safety. We keep your last known point and the time, plus the start, end and distance of each job. We do not keep a trail of everywhere you go. People with the dispatcher role at your agency see your name and your live position. Your agency is not allowed to track you outside your work.

Your messages. Messages in the general room and in your private line with the office are stored. A manager at your agency can read the rooms attached to tickets and complaints. These messages are not private from the office.

Your money. When you are attached to an agency, your agency pays you. Resoizi holds no money and pays nobody. The record names the person who did each job. If your agency does not pay you, that is a dispute between you and them. Tell us anyway: we cannot recover your money, but we can suspend an agency that does not pay its riders.

Why we are allowed to hold all this. Because it is needed to run the service you are using, because the law requires us to keep certain accounting records, and because we have a legitimate interest in preventing fraud and being able to prove a job took place. Where the law of your country requires your prior agreement for something, we ask for it and you can withdraw it.

6. Your rights

Depending on your country of residence, you may have the following rights:

  • Access: get a copy of your personal data.
  • Rectification: correct inaccurate data.
  • Deletion: request deletion of your account and data.
  • Portability: receive your data in a structured, readable format (available under Profile > Export my data).
  • Objection: object to processing we base on our legitimate interest, for example using your data to prevent fraud.

To exercise your rights, email [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.

Some information cannot be erased: the Data retention section says which and why. If you think we have mishandled your data, write to us first. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country where one exists.

A decision a machine makes on its own. One thing on this platform happens automatically. When two people give us the same identity document number, our system pauses new work for everyone who has given us that number, whether or not they have been approved yet, before any person has looked at it. It does that because waiting would leave a possibly stolen identity carrying customers' goods. Nothing else about you is decided automatically: approving you, refusing you, and lifting a pause are all done by a person. If you are paused you can ask for a person to look at it, tell us your side, and contest what we decide. That is written into section 6 of our Terms of Service and we mean it. On a card a person has already settled, nobody is paused, and instead the claim is put in front of a person and the claimant's own approval waits until they have looked. When a person settles one of these cases, we record that it was settled and who settled it, so that the same card is not queried again and again and so that you can ask us what was decided about you. We do not record any accusation against anybody. If you think we decided wrongly, write to us and we will look at it again.

7. Data retention

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 90 days, except for the following, which we have to keep longer:

  • Completed delivery records: kept even if a rider leaves an agency or an account is closed. We need them for accounting, to answer a customer complaint, and to prove a job happened.
  • Transaction records: 7 years, for tax and accounting.
  • Deleted records: when someone deletes a record, we keep it marked as deleted, with who deleted it, when and why. That protects the person named on it as much as the business.
  • Document access log: kept so you can find out who opened a document about you.
  • Vault documents: deleted within 90 days after a rider leaves, and 30 days after an agency account closes.
  • Messages: 24 months, apart from messages attached to an open claim.
  • Identity documents refused during verification: 90 days.

You can still ask us to delete anything that is not on this list. If we refuse to delete something, we will tell you which of these reasons applies.

The number on your identity document: kept while you ride with us, and deleted within 90 days of your account closing or your application being refused, at the same time as the document itself. If a duplicate case is still open we keep it until that case is closed, then delete it on the same 90 day clock.

8. Cookies

We use only essential cookies. We run no analytics today. See our Cookie Policy for full details.

9. Changes

If we make a substantial change to this policy, we will notify you by email or through an in-platform notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
