Acceptable Use Policy

1. The spirit of this policy

Resoizi connects shippers and carriers. To keep the platform safe and legal, everyone agrees not to use it to move prohibited goods or to harm others.

2. Prohibited goods

You may not ship via Resoizi:

• illegal drugs, narcotics, or controlled substances;
• weapons, ammunition, or explosives;
• protected species, ivory, or endangered-species products;
• counterfeit or stolen goods;
• undeclared, non-compliant dangerous materials (flammable, toxic, corrosive);
• cash, valuable documents, or any item whose transport is banned by local law.

3. Regulated goods

Some goods may only be carried if they are properly declared, packed, and accompanied by the required customs documents: perishables, alcohol, legal pharmaceuticals, lithium batteries. A carrier may refuse a poorly declared shipment.

4. Conduct on the platform

• Give accurate information about the contents, weight, and value of a shipment.
• Do not harass, threaten, or deceive any other user.
• Do not ask for payment using details other than those on your verified profile, do not pose as Resoizi, and do not try to game how the platform works (reviews, rankings, verification).
• Respect other people's privacy and data.
• Only put documents in the vault that you have the right to hold, and tell the person they are about.
• Only use a rider's location for the job in hand: never to follow them outside their working hours.
• Do not share a delivery receipt link publicly: it shows the address and the recipient's name.
• Do not use the chat rooms to harass, threaten or humiliate anyone.
• Do not use riders', customers' or agencies' contact details for cold outreach.

5. If the rules are broken

A prohibited shipment may be refused, held, or handed to the proper authorities. A serious or repeated breach can lead to suspension or closure of your account, as set out in our Terms of Service.

7. Languages

This document is published in English, French and Spanish on resoizi.com, and all three versions say the same thing. If you find a difference or an omission between them, write to us at [email protected] and we will correct it. For interpretation, the English version is the reference version, except where the law of your country provides otherwise, in which case the version in your own language applies to you. This clause does not remove any right the law of your country gives you.
